Exactness Not Guaranteed:

Bianca hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the finish and appearance of the final Product as ordered by the user. The quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Website may not meet your expectations. If you reject this 2nd request your order will be cancelled and you will be fully refunded via your initial method of payment.

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon Bianca's shipment to the shipping carrier.

Termination:

Governing Law:

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.

Interpretation of Number and Genders:

Upon such assignment, the assignee shall be bound by the Terms in the same manner as Bianca and Bianca shall cease to have any liability to you. Bianca shall not be responsible for any delay or deficiency due to any force majeure events such natural disasters, acts of terrorism, civil labour strife, labour and transportation strikes.
